Which ISPs can I connect?
Popular ISP partner accounts are supported today. If yours is not connected yet, tell us which one. Adding a new ISP is our job, not yours.
Do my customers need to install an app?
No. Online recharge is a web page. You share a link, they open it on any phone, pick their plan and pay. The ISP account is topped up and you see the payment in your panel.
What happens to my KYC papers if I leave an ISP?
Nothing. KYC documents are uploaded to your ISP Square account, not to the ISP. If you stop reselling one ISP and move those customers to another, the papers are still there under each customer.
Can I charge my own price?
Yes. Every plan has the ISP's cost to you and a retail price you set. You can set a different price for each partner level. Partners only ever see the price you gave them.
How do my partners pay me?
Through a prepaid wallet. You top up a partner's wallet when they pay you, in cash or online. Each recharge they make draws the wallet down and posts your commission at the same time. The panel shows every entry, and no entry can ever be changed.
Is it safe to give you my ISP login?
Your ISP password is stored encrypted and is used only to talk to the ISP on your behalf. It is never shown on any screen, to you or to us, once saved. You can remove a connection at any time.
How is ISP Square billed?
By plan, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly. You get a GST invoice for every payment. If you change plan mid-way, the unused days of the old plan are credited against the new one.
Can my staff use it too?
Yes. Add as many staff logins as your plan allows and give each one only the screens they need. Every recharge, edit and payment is recorded with the name of the person who did it.
