Terms of service

The rules for using ISP Square. Written to be read, not skimmed past.

Last updated 14 September 2026

1. Agreement

ISP Square ("we", "us") provides web software at ispsquare.com and my.ispsquare.com that lets an internet service reseller or local operator ("you") manage customers, recharges, documents, stock and partners across the ISP accounts you connect. By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you sign up on behalf of a business, you confirm you are allowed to bind it.

2. Your account

You are responsible for everything done under your account and under any partner, sub-partner or staff login you create. Keep passwords private, switch on two-factor authentication where offered, and tell us at once if you think an account has been misused. We may refuse or close an account that gives false details.

3. Your ISP connections

When you connect an ISP partner account you give us permission to log in to that ISP on your behalf, read your customers and plans, and perform recharges you or your partners request. You confirm that your agreement with that ISP allows this. We store the ISP credentials encrypted and use them only for that purpose. You can remove a connection at any time; we cannot undo anything already done at the ISP.

Each ISP's own terms still apply to your customers and your reselling. If an ISP changes its portal, suspends your account or rejects a request, we will show you what the ISP told us, but we cannot override it.

4. Wallets, recharges and money

Wallet balances inside ISP Square are records between you and your partners, or between you and us. They are not deposits and we do not hold your partners' money. You are responsible for collecting from and settling with your own partners and customers.

Wallet entries are append-only: nothing is edited or deleted after it is written. A mistake is put right by a further entry. Retail prices, commissions and the ISP's cost to you are set by you; we apply them exactly as configured. Where a customer pays online through a payment gateway you have connected, that gateway's terms and fees apply.

A recharge that the ISP does not confirm within its time limit is marked as unknown and is not retried blindly. Check its state in the panel before acting on it.

5. Your customers' data

Customer records, KYC documents and other personal data you upload belong to you. You confirm you have the right to collect and store them and that you will use them lawfully. We process them only to run the service for you, as described in our privacy policy. You can export your data at any time while your account is active.

6. Payment and suspension

Plans are paid in advance for the billing cycle you choose. Invoices are issued before renewal and carry GST where applicable. If an invoice stays unpaid past its due date plus the grace period shown on the invoice, the workspace is stopped until payment is made. Data is kept for a further period after that so you can pay and pick up where you left off; after that period it may be deleted. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use ISP Square to break the law, to defraud an ISP, a partner or a customer, to store data you have no right to hold, or to attack, probe or overload the service. Do not share a login between people; create a staff account instead. We may suspend an account immediately for a serious breach.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the service available at all times and to give notice of planned maintenance. We do not promise uninterrupted service. Syncs with an ISP depend on that ISP's own portal being up.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, or for anything an ISP or a payment gateway does or fails to do.

10. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the panel. Export your data first; after your final period ends the workspace is closed and, after the retention period, its data is deleted. We may end the agreement with notice, or without notice for a serious breach.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when. Material changes will be announced in the panel before they take effect. Questions go to support@ispsquare.com.
