Privacy policy
What we store, why, and who can see it. In plain words.
1. What we collect
When you sign up: your name, business name, email, phone, address and GST details, and the plan you chose. When you use the panel: what you did and when, the address you connected from, and the invoices and payments on your account.
2. Your customers' data
You upload your customers' names, contact details, connection details and KYC documents. This is your data. We store and process it only so that the service works for you. We do not sell it, share it with other operators, or use it for our own marketing. You decide who in your organisation, and which of your partners, can see each record.
3. ISP credentials
The login details you give us for an ISP partner account are stored encrypted and are used only to talk to that ISP for you. Once saved they are never displayed again, to you or to our staff. Removing the connection deletes them.
4. Why we use it
To run the service, to bill you, to answer support requests, to keep the service secure, and to send service messages such as invoices, renewal reminders and important changes. We will only send marketing email if you have agreed to it, and every such email has an unsubscribe link.
5. Who can see it
Our own staff, only as needed to run and support the service. Service providers we rely on: our hosting provider, our email delivery provider and, where you connect one, your payment gateway. The ISPs you connect see what your requests to them contain, exactly as if you had made them yourself. We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it.
6. Where it is kept
On servers we control, with backups. Access is limited to named staff over encrypted connections.
7. How long we keep it
For as long as your account is active, and for a retention period after it closes so you can come back or export. Invoices and payment records are kept as long as tax law requires. Server logs are kept for a short, fixed period.
8. Your rights
You can see, correct and export your data from the panel at any time. You can ask us to delete your account and its data, and we will, apart from records we are legally required to keep. A customer of yours who contacts us about their data will be referred to you, as you are the one who holds it.
